In the case of an emergency such as a fire or someone hurt please call 911.  For other emergencies such as a toilet overflow, power outage in your apartment, lockout or flooding call the above number when the office is closed. If you call and reach the voicemail, leave your name, callback number and a brief description of the problem. Stay off your phone and you will receive a return call from the RHA employee working stand-by. You can then explain your circumstances. Please be sure to leave us your current contact information, including a person/number to call in case of emergency. The employee will decide what action is necessary. For all non-emergency work orders, you should call (425) 226-1850 ext. 221 and leave a message. Staff will retrieve messages the next business day.
